If you have purchased this item and it has failed within the warranty period, you may file a warranty claim using our online Express Warranty Service. This is the preferred and fastest method for obtaining a warranty replacement item.

In order to qualify for Express Warranty Service, you must meet the following conditions:

1. You must provide a legible copy of your proof of purchase for item, which shows where the item was purchased and the price(S) paid for the item.

2. You are returning the item only for a replacement. No “credit” or “monetary exchange” can take place. (If you need a credit, refund or anything other than a replacement item, you must contact the seller from whom you purchased the item work directly with them).

3. You must read the PelletStoveParts.com Limited Warranty and make sure that your item meets the conditions for warranty coverage.

4. Any electrical item being returned must be removed from your stove and be “Bench Tested” independently of the stove to confirm that they are defective and that your problem is not with the stoves electrical circuit.
